The build side of the arc. Founded Bitt and led the team behind DCash, the first retail central-bank digital currency issued in a currency union, with the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank. Co-founded Panther Protocol and Fluent. Years of policy work alongside central banks and international institutions, from the Commonwealth Secretariat to the ITU.

She practiced securities law at Cassels Brock & Blackwell, served as CEO of a digital-payments company through its growth and sale, and advises on M&A, tokenization, and cross-border structuring.

Jessica Gale Worme
An operations specialist in Web3 and digital assets since 2018, giving early-stage companies the structure to scale. She ran cross-functional delivery at Panther Ventures, and serves as Treasurer at Basetwo, owning cash management, board reporting, and compliance.
